Artha Graha Peduli Conducts Simultaneous ASRI Movement In Commemoration Of National Clean-Up Day And National Waste Awareness Day 2026

Jakarta, February 21, 2026 — In commemoration of National Clean-Up Day (HBN) and National Waste Awareness Day (HPSN) 2026, observed on Saturday (21/2), Artha Graha Peduli (AGP), together with all business units under Artha Graha Group and Artha Graha Network, carried out a simultaneous clean-up action across various operational areas.

The activities were conducted directly on the commemorative day, covering office areas, business districts, and surrounding neighborhoods that interact closely with local communities. Since the late afternoon, approaching iftar time, AGP employees and volunteers worked together to clean public areas, drainage systems, public facilities, and green open spaces around nearby business units.

The momentum of Ramadhan further strengthened the meaning of this initiative. The spirit of care and sharing was embodied through tangible actions to maintain environmental cleanliness while fostering solidarity among employees and surrounding communities.

This simultaneous action reflects AGP’s ongoing commitment to building a culture of environmental responsibility across all business units. Prior internal coordination ensured optimal participation from each unit, and in several locations, activities were carried out collaboratively between units to expand the positive impact.

Prasetyo, a member of the Artha Graha Peduli Team from the Management of the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), emphasized that conducting the activity precisely on the commemorative day symbolizes genuine dedication to supporting the national cleanliness movement.

“The momentum of National Clean-Up Day and National Waste Awareness Day is not merely symbolic, but a true manifestation of Artha Graha Peduli’s commitment to fostering a culture of environmental care across all business units. Through the Artha Graha Peduli Clean Movement carried out simultaneously today, we want to ensure that every member of Artha Graha actively participates in maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability. During the holy month of Ramadan, the clean-up activities conducted before iftar symbolize that social awareness and the spirit of sharing can be realized through simple yet impactful actions. We hope this movement will not stop today, but become part of our daily habits,” said Prasetyo.

One of the activity locations was the SCBD area, where the clean-up was followed by a communal iftar at SCBD Weekland by purchasing meals from MSMEs fostered by Artha Graha Peduli. The waste collected in the SCBD area was subsequently managed in collaboration with environmental partners Waste for Change and local Waste Banks.

This movement aligns with the spirit of the Indonesia ASRI Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful) promoted by Prabowo Subianto. The ASRI values serve as a shared guideline in creating safe, healthy, clean, and beautiful environments across the company’s operational areas.

In addition to being carried out in a structured and professional manner, the series of HBN and HPSN 2026 activities were documented and published through various corporate communication channels as part of a sustainable environmental awareness campaign.

Through this momentum, Artha Graha Peduli once again reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment, while inviting all elements of society to actively participate. Waste reduction begins with everyday habits, such as sorting waste, reducing single-use plastics, and applying the principle of less waste events in every activity.

“Happy National Clean-Up Day and National Waste Awareness Day 2026. Let us work together to keep our environment increasingly ASRI,” Prasetyo concluded.

Celebrate Lunar New Year 2026, Scbd Present Cultural Harmony Through “Ride To Luck

Celebrating Lunar New Year 2026, the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) presented a series of festivities themed “Ride to Luck” (Join the Journey, Catch the Luck), blending the spirit of optimism, prosperity, and cultural harmony.

On this occasion, Titiek Soeharto expressed her appreciation, noting that although the celebration was held in a simple manner, it remained vibrant thanks to the enthusiasm of visitors coming from various areas.

“It’s not only the Chinese community here, but all the people of Jakarta are here,” said Titiek Soeharto, Chairwoman of Commission IV of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI).

Through the collaboration of SCBD Niaga Area, SCBD Park, and SCBD Weekland, the celebration not only showcased the vibrancy of Chinese traditions but also highlighted cultural acculturation with local heritage, particularly Betawi culture. Lion and dragon dances were presented alongside Betawi traditional performances, creating a shared space that reflects Jakarta’s diversity. The event featured a 30-meter-long Naga Liong and the symbolic release of 9,988 sparrows.

“I would like to wish a Happy Lunar New Year to the Chinese community celebrating the year 2577 Kongzili. I believe it is wonderful to hold such events and parades here, especially as they involve many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises),” added Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana when met on the sidelines of the cultural parade in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The celebration is also aligned with the Jakarta Provincial Government’s program titled Jakarta Melting Pot: Harmony in Diversity, which promotes tolerance and urban tourism.

“Through the theme Ride to Luck, we invite the public to begin a new journey this year with optimism. We are proud to present the harmony of Chinese and Betawi cultures coexisting in a modern area such as SCBD,” said Ananta Pribadi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee.

This year, the Lunar New Year and Cap Go Meh celebrations feel even more special as they coincide with the beginning of the holy month of Ramadhan 2026. This moment stands as a symbol of cultural harmony and diversity.
