As the estate manager, PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk. regulates all properties to monitor and maintain compliance with the Urban Design Guidelines while also running day-to-day operations, environmental upkeep, safety and security. Other responsibilities include maintenance, repairs and replacement of infrastructure, utilities and public facilities.

Responsible to the order and safety of SCBD. Coordinates with security officers of the building owners to achieve total security at SCBD
