On 1991, PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk. starts to develop a masterplan of SCBD by engaging two international reputable Masterplan Consultants, CESMA International and Phillip Cox of Australia. On 1992 the foundation of this Jakarta’s future city was set, which is in line with planning guidelines that established by the municipal government authorities concerned.
